Unicorn Labs, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Unicorn Protocol interface at unicorn.fi and associated web properties. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited technical information necessary to operate the interface:

• Wallet addresses — public blockchain addresses you connect to the interface, which are publicly visible on-chain
• Usage data — page views, clicks, and feature interactions collected via privacy-preserving analytics (no cross-site tracking)
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and screen size for compatibility purposes
• IP addresses — temporarily logged for security and rate-limiting, not retained beyond 24 hours

We do not collect: names, email addresses (unless voluntarily provided), social security numbers, financial data beyond on-chain transactions, or any biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display your wallet balances, positions, and transaction history via public blockchain APIs
• To improve the interface based on aggregate usage patterns
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. On-Chain Data

All swap and liquidity transactions executed through Unicorn Protocol are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain and are publicly accessible. We have no control over this data and cannot delete it. Connecting your wallet to the interface does not grant us control over your funds — the protocol is non-custodial.

4. Third-Party Services

The interface uses a small number of third-party services: Cloudflare for DDoS protection, Alchemy for blockchain data, and Plausible Analytics for privacy-preserving usage tracking. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use only functional cookies (to remember your slippage preferences and connected wallet). No advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at privacy@unicorn.fi. Note that we cannot delete on-chain transaction data.
