By accessing or using the Unicorn Protocol interface ("Interface"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction in which use of the Interface would be prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use.
The Interface is not available to residents of the following jurisdictions (as determined by IP geolocation): Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
The Interface is a front-end to the Unicorn Protocol smart contracts. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly by your wallet against the on-chain smart contracts. We have no ability to reverse or modify transactions once submitted.
You acknowledge the following risks associated with using decentralised protocols:
You may not use the Interface to: violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in market manipulation, circumvent sanctions, launder money, or deploy malicious smart contracts.
The Interface and its content are owned by Unicorn Labs, Inc. The underlying protocol smart contracts are licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1), transitioning to MIT on April 1, 2029.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
